Warranty & Return Policy

Each product has their own return policy! Some products, we do not accept returns, while others do qualify for a 30-day return policy for In Store Credit or Exchange for the same item.

Items we do not accept returns on and are ALL SALES ARE FINAL INCLUDE: All TCG Products including but not limited to single cards and all new/sealed products, All DVD’s, CD’s, Vinyl record’s, Books, Comic Books, Toys, Plushes, Clothing, New Video Games, New Consoles, New Video Game Accessories and Collectibles.

Online Returns or Exchanges can be done via email at Info@gamingparadisegames.com . The customer is responsible for return shipping to Gaming Paradise. This will be deducted from any in-store credit given.

All in-store purchase returns must be done at the store of purchase. Gaming Paradise reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on products that are returned or canceled via our online website or purchase made in store.

Gaming Paradise does reserve the right at any time to decline returns for any reasons. You agree to these terms and conditions when you purchase from Gaming Paradise Online or In Store.
